Norwich's longest running LGBT venue
COVID-19 UPDATE: NEW RESTRICTIONS
Anyone that has visited us since we reopened in August will know that the safety of our customers and staff has been our top priority and following the Prime Ministers announcement on Tuesday night we have had to make some additional changes to the we we operate at The Castle.
On arrival you will be greeted at the door by a member of staff, who will make sure you have completed the track and trace. This can now be done by scanning our official NHS Track & Trace QR code with the NHS COVID-19 app which can be downloaded from your App Store. If you are unable to download the app we can still sign you in using our QR Code system or a paper form.
Masks are now mandatory while inside the venue so unless sitting at your designated table please wear your mask.
We have only been offering table service since we reopened and this will continue under the new rules, but now you can also download the ‘swifty’ app to order from your table and earn loyalty points.
We must now close at 10pm every day (last orders at 9:30pm), but we are now opening earlier.
We will also be offering food again during all opening hours with last food orders taken at 9pm.
There is still no need to book or pay for a table, just turn up and we will get you seated in either the pub, garden or U-NITE.
We would like to thank you all for your continued support and will continue to provide you the best experience we can whilst keeping everyone safe.
